Through 30 years of practice I have acquired an in-depth experience in Industrial , Landscape and Interior Design. • Architecture, Interior and Product Design. • Landscape Architecture. • Web and Graphic Design.

ABOUT ME

My experience and the specific skills I have honed thus far include project development with emphasis on creativity, design, real estate financing from concept to the execution. During my employment at various companies I directed the main design teams. I am committed to optimized construction and the use of sustainable materials which I know are important to the potential investors. During my work experience I also became interested and studied extensively in the areas of contract negotiation, budgeting and client consultation. I have structured, negotiated and built several real estate projects. These were extremely valuable experiences that helped me understand the practical side of architecture which goes hand in hand with the creative aspect. I have coined a brand termed QUBE™ which stands for Quality, Business Engineering, representing my approach to projects, my skill set and my experience.
